Area Consultation
A personal conversation about an area you are interested in. I go deeper than the area pages: I explain how the area works, what I saw there myself and what it means for your plans. We look at what is happening now, how development has moved through the area and where it seems to be heading.
Matchmaking
You answer a few short questions: island, what you are looking for, your goal, your budget and what kind of help you need. Then I introduce you to the right person from my network, such as a developer, an agent, a property manager or a legal specialist. The network itself isn't public. I make every introduction myself.
Investment Guidance
Someone to think along with you: comparing areas, finding your way in the market, looking at specific options and thinking through the practical and legal side. From first orientation to buying or building. I stay involved as long as it is useful.
